Are you ready to be a vital part of the management team and assist with managing the apartment community's day to day operations? As the Assistant Manager, you will operate and manage the receivables of the property accounting, maintain community files, and assist in the daily operations of the property as determined by the Property Manager. Duties can include but are not limited to the collection of rents and fees, preparation of deposits, minimization of delinquencies, assistance with leasing and responding to residents and potential residents' questions, concerns or requests. As the assistant leader of the community's maintenance team, you and fellow maintenance staff will thrive on maintaining a well-kept property in order to ensure maximum resident satisfaction! You will be able to assist in supervising, training, and motivating team members and will implement and practice maintenance programs, policies and procedures. You will be able to effectively and efficiently assist in diagnosing and repairing all maintenance requests and answer any questions or concerns while exhibiting superior customer service skills. You will also assist the Maintenance Supervisor with the maintenance budget and assist in coordinating all contract work and inspections.
